Medical and Health Fund for Inventors. Establish a dedicated fund to financially support inventors and innovators in the medical and health sector. This fund can be utilized for research, development, and implementation of health-related inventions.

Healthcare Insurance for Inventors and Innovators. Advocate for the inclusion of inventors and innovators, especially those who are economically disadvantaged, in the healthcare insurance system, ensuring that they have access to necessary medical services and coverage. This program aims to alleviate the financial burden on inventors and their families.

Sports and Wellness Activities for Inventors and Innovators. Promote the overall well-being of inventors through sports and wellness initiatives. These activities not only contribute to the health of inventors but also serve as platforms for visibility, networking, and collaboration within the sector.

Support for Research Ethics Clearance. Address the challenges faced by health researchers in obtaining research ethics clearance for medical and health innovation trials. Expansion and Support for Research Ethics Boards (REBs) across the Country. Work towards the expansion and support of Research Ethics Boards in all universities and RDIs through collaboration with the Philippine Health Research Ethics Board (PHREB). Legislative Advocacy for Health Innovation. Utilize the powers and mandates of the House of Congress to advocate for policies and legislation that support health innovation.
